We design and manufacture custom stations, including programming fixtures, for ECU programming and downloading of software, also known as flash stations, for the automotive industry, among others.
These are available as individual stations or as stackable to save space. Each ECU/ECM SWDL station from Binar Solutions is specifically designed for ECU programming so that the software download to the electronic control units is carried out in a safe and reliable manner.
We ensure that the ECU programming process runs smoothly and flawlessly by equipping the stations with a locking function that keeps the unit in place during the download, and provides visual indications of the download status.
