At Binar Solutions we believe in long-term relationships with our customers, and therefore offer a wide range of aftermarket and support. In addition to providing warranties on all our products and systems, all licensed software is sold with service agreements. Our experts are committed and knowledgeable with many years of experience in the industry. As a base, support is included during normal office hours, but as a customer you may opt to purchase extra support up to twenty-four hours a day, every day of the year.
We believe it is important that the customer receives both maintenance and the correct parts as quickly as possible. We are known for being able to repair, replace and find obsolete components long after they have stopped being manufactured.
